Shepherds Gully offers accommodation for 6 to 12 people in 1 group (less than 6 people by arrangement). Everything you need for an amazing stay is provided.
The buildings are constructed from mud brick and have numerous sustainable building fixtures and features including solar hot water, solar air conditioning and a 3.5kw solar power system. It is hoped that some guests will visit Shepherds Gully to experience a mud brick stay and learn about other sustainable living principles. Every measure has been included to achieve the highest environmental outcome for the property while considering the comfort needs of guests.
The property has been designed using Permaculture principals which some visitors will be interested in exploring. Extensive organic gardens including a large variety of fruit trees surround the buildings. Guests will be able to visit and collect eggs from the free range chickens and ducks.
There are 6 bedrooms which can be arranged to suit your needs. Comfy beds with linen, doonas and extra blankets provided.
Wallaby Room: Queen Bed
Butterfly Room: Twin Beds (or can be converted to 1 King bed if required)
Echidna Room: Queen Bed
Possum Room: Single Bed (or can be made up into a King Bed or can also have an additional Single Bed added)
Koala Room: Queen Bed
Kookaburra Loft: Double Bed plus 1 Single Bed
